Once the order has been processed and you get your order number, you can Whatsapp/text message +65 90229927 your name, order number and preferred date and time of collection and we'd be sure to get your order ready. Please give us at least 1 working day to pack your order before you collect it.
Local orders would be fulfilled by our trusty and reliable courier, Ninja Van. We only offer one standard shipping throughout the store at starting from $9. Depending on how many shoes you purchased, the shipping rate would increase accordingly with the weight of the shoes. Your shipping price would be updated upon checkout.
Once the order has been received by NinjaVan, you'd be able to get the products the next working day. As such, please give us at least 2 business days from the time the order has been placed and received by us.
Please take note that you would not be able to pick your delivery slot. Deliveries would made from 9am – 10pm and you'd be notified prior to delivery. For more information, please continue reading below for delivery procedures.
1) Once the parcel is on the way, NinjaVan would send you a text message to notify you.
2) In the event that the delivery is successful due to clashing schedules or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive an email from Ninja Van to reschedule your delivery. If you didn’t state your email, you’d get a message instead and Ninja Van would get you sorted out.
3) Once delivery has been successful, an automated email would be sent containing delivery information.
